Tip of the Day: Eat the Very Best Foods

This article offers a list of must-eat foods to help you stay healthy and thin: almonds, apples, berries, eggs, soy (tofu), leafy greens (broccoli, spinach), yogurt, salmon, vegetable soup, and quinoa. Most of these are pretty easy to access, though we had to look up that ‘quinoa’ suggestion. Turns out it’s a grain, and not a terribly difficult one to prepare. A further suggestion would be to get yourself a rice cooker, which will allow you to heat up your quinoa (and rice, of course) while you’re doing other things. After it’s done, you can add what-not and eat it over the long haul (through the week, or so the above page reference at a website called The Kitchn┬árecommends). Most of the other food suggestions require little or no preparation. We’re searching out a good (and simple) vegetable soup recipe to post as a tip in the not-too-distant hereafter.
