It’s summer and you want to lose a few extra pounds, yes? Okay, here’s a quick and easy way to trick yourself into shedding those love handles. A recent study found that people who put greater emphasis on what they eat, rather than the amount of exercise they do, had lower Body Mass Indexes (BMIs). The doctor conducting the study had a simple recommendation for slimming down: smaller plates. Use smaller plates, which should naturally lead to smaller portions, which should inevitably lead to losing weight. That’s it!
