Tip of the Day: Eat a Good (or Any) Breakfast

Some new chatter on the InterWebs about the importance of eating breakfast, not only for your overall daily get-up-and-go, but also to help you lose weight. Say what? Yes, turns out that eating in the morning helps jumpstart your resting metabolism, and a ramped up metabolism is what you need to burn up the calories you consume throughout the rest of the day. Also, try not to make it a breakfast of deep-fried donuts and cups of processed sugar and you’ll really be doing yourself a favor!
