Tip of the Day: Avoid ‘Stupid’ Foods

Turns out that some foods make you dumber the way others make you smarter. Here’s the list to avoid (or here, if that link is busted):

1. Sugary products

2. Alcohol (oh no!)

3. Junk food

4. Fried foods (which seems a subset of junk foods, or vice versa)

5. Processed or pre-cooked foods

6. Salty foods

7. Any grain that isn’t 100% whole grain

8. Processed proteins

9. NO trans fats!

10. Artificial sweeteners

11. Nicotine (again, oh no!)
