Tip of the Day: Eat Your Cheerios

Cereal is an unrepentant bachelor staple: quick, filling and, if you make the right choice, even healthy. Unfortunately, the ‘wrong’ choice, not so much. A lot of cereals are little more than grains saturated with processed sugar. But there is one that stands above all others in the nutritiousness department: Cheerios. Of course, the downside is it’s bland as hell, though there is a simple solution: add fresh fruit (bananas are the go-to choice, though berries–especially blueberries–are also very healthy).
