Well, seven-minute workout, actually, but we thought we’d riff on a famously funny scene from the film There’s Something About Mary. Today’s tip directs you to a scientifically-tested seven-minute workout routine that’s going to help you get into shape no matter where you are (because it was designed to be done anywhere: the office, home, the street, any small block of space large enough to allow you to swing your arms and legs). Oh, and here’s a bit of literature on the workout to help convince you of its effectiveness.
