Tip of the Day: 13-minute Workout

Our general lack of commitment is showing through here on this Tip of the Day, but so be it. Try this 13-minute workout to improve your health and physical fitness. You’ll be glad you did… or not. Just depends. Good luck!

Again, from experience, and being a workout junkie, I have to recommend:


The workouts are usually about 20 minutes, plus a couple of minutes stretching after. You can warm up before, but I never bother.

You will lose fat and build muscle like nobody’s business.

Of course, you should eat right, too. PALEO is the way to go. But even if you don’t eat right, doing this workout will ensure that your bad calories go to the good places on your body.

It’s the best workout plan on the Internet for busy people, BAR NONE. (I’ve pretty much checked them all out.)
