Tip of the Day: More Before Breakfast Than You Do All Day

4) Visualization (‘See the Day’ rather than ‘Seize the Day’)

5) Make your day top heavy (do the hard stuff first)

Excellent, except for the breakfast part.

Unless you’re a teenager, eating breakfast or lunch is a bad idea. It makes you sluggish and dull. You don’t want that feeling in your workday, do ya?

Plus, after 35 eating breakfast and lunch makes you fat. You wanna be fat?

Try intermittent fasting. Don’t eat before 3 or 4 p.m. You can drink black coffee (you will, lots of it) but you can’t eat.

Ease into eating with a protein shake in the afternoon, preferably after your workout. Then treat yourself to a HUGE dinner – meat galore and LOTS of veggies.

Trust me, you’ll be sharper, mentally and physically.

The Donald (Donald Trump) famously said: “Lunch is for wimps.” He was right. Here’s a thought: “Breakfast and lunch are for wimps!”

BTW in the zeitgeist it was Gordon Gekko who said, “Lunch is for wimps.”

As far as I know, this was an original Donald Trump quote lifted by Oliver Stone.

But who knows?

And who cares? The key point is, it’s true.
