Doing ab exercises will make your abdominal muscles bigger, but those muscles won’t show unless you lose the flab that’s covering them up.

The way to get six-pack abs is to drop the fat!

First, eat fewer calories than you burn.

Second, eat the good kind of calories: eat PALEO. If you can grow it or kill it, you can eat it. If it comes in a box, don’t eat it. In simple terms, when you go to the supermarket, shop the periphery. The stuff in the middle is usually bad. The stuff along the walls is usually good.

See? It’s simple!

Easy to understand, sure… but hard to do. But do it!
