From the Huff Post comes this article on 10 science-approved things you can do to make yourself happier. The list:

1) Exercise more

2) Sleep more

3) Trade the big house in the ‘burbs for a shorter commute to work

4) Spend (more) time with friends and family

5) Go outside and bask in the warm glow of Mother Sun

6) Volunteer (100 hours a year is optimal)

7) Smile

8) Plan a trip (but don’t take it)

9) Meditate

10) Be grateful

There you are. Make these improvements and you’ll be clam-happy in no time!
