Tip of the Day: Eat These ‘New’ Superfoods

Yes, yes, every day a new shortcut to immortality is proffered by the ‘scientific/medical’ community. Well, today’s no different. Comes the next list of the new foods that will help you in quest to live forever. Without wasting any more of your time, the seven new superfoods:

1) Jicama (some kind of root or something)

2) Chia seeds

3) Tart cherries

4) Chocolate (see Woody Allen’s 1973 classic–here at the HUB considered his best film–Sleeper for an explanation)

5) Wild blueberries

6) Tree nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, macadamias, pistachios, walnuts, and hazelnuts)

7) The Japanese pickle (no idea what this is but it’s supposed to protect against influenza)
