Tip of the Day: Stand Up!

Sitting is killing you! Or so says this article about the dangers of rump-riding all day at work (or home, or on a bus, or in the High Sierras, or wherever it is you’ve planted your patootie). The key to overcoming the dangers of sitting–as you might’ve already surmised–is standing… or walking around. Also, changing the height of your desk so that you can stand as you work. However you plan to address it, one thing is certain: you have to get up! We sit far, far too much these days… and it’s not good, not good at all!
