Tip of the Day: You’re Doing It Wrong!

… or so says this article devoted to the ‘incorrect’ ways people are doing their workout exercises. We strongly recommend you take a look, especially if you’re a gym rat or even just a weekend warrior. We learned that we’ve been doing several exercises (particularly those involving the shoulders) the wrong way all our pumped up lives. Now we know the right way, and you will too if you read the article.
