Tip of the Day: Hit the Wall

Want to get in shape without spending a lot of… sorry, make that ‘any’ money? Here’s a list of six exercises you can do to stay toned and in shape using any old nearby wall (CAUTION: A couple of these exercises are a bit challenging, so consult your physician blah, blah, blah, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera…) You can use the money you save on gym fees buying yourself new, smaller-sized clothes to go with your new tight, buff bod!
