Tip of the Day: Sleep Better

Here are six quick tips, courtesy of this article, to help you get a better night of sleep:

1) Sleep in on the weekends (if you can, that is)

2) Exercise before bed (yes, it’s not bad for your sleep after all)

3) Snuggle up with a pet (apparently your loneliness is keeping you up at night)

4) Listen to an audiobook

5) Cut out the late-night caffeine

6) Keep track of your sleep with a ‘sleep-tracking’ device

You forgot to mention 7):
“Consume sleep-inducing substances.”

Apparently they have devices now that will monitor your sleep; for example, keeping track of whether you might have sleep apnea and such.
