Tip of the Day: The Perfect ‘Reuben’

If it had been a secret then the secret’s out: we are big fans of the Reuben sandwich. Corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, Russian dressing, all stuffed (proportionally, mind you) inside two slices of rye bread. Here is the bottom-line on how to make the ‘perfect’ Reuben (an added tip is that it’s going to be easier for you to make this ‘perfect’ sandwich if you’re a New Yorker, as the Big Apple has the best delis where you can find top-shelf versions of a Reuben’s basic ingredients).
