Tip of the Day: Sleep Much?

Yes, yes, we’ve been away, top of the mountain, deep underground, in the farthest reaches of the Beyond the Pale. But we’re back, baby! Better than ever (or at least not much the worse for wear). Today’s tip? The optimum amount of sleep per night is seven hours, so say the Lords of Science!¬†Adjust accordingly.
