Tip of the Day: Run!

Your Uncle Pink would never steer you wrong, children. We did something yesterday we haven’t done in years. We ran… and by ‘running’ we mean full-tilt, balls-to-the-wall, all-out fast-as-you-can running. Not for very long or very far, but we did reach our maximum speed, and there were moments when we felt as though we were flying (others we felt like we were dying, but such is the nature of old men attempting to exceed their limitations). We recommend you try it today, too. Find a nice level patch of ground more than a 100 yards or so and take flight. If you make it all the way to the other side, catch your breath, turn around, and try it again. Turns out even brief periods of running (5 mins. a day) are really good for you!
