Tip of the Day: Plankity Plank Plank

It’s called ‘planking,’ and as you might’ve guessed, it basically involves keeping your body stiff as a board for a period of time in order to tone up various ‘core’ muscle groups. The added benefits include better posture and fewer lower back problems. Only a few minutes a day and you’re on your way to rock-hard abs and a pain-free life… or at least a little more of both.
